Description

The JaourMelt® is a synthetic rubber-based hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive specifically developed for ultrathin elastics in baby diapers and adult diapers. This product features high bonding strength and good creep resistance.

SUGGESTED USES:

Elastic fixation in hygiene products.

Description and physical properties:

Material	Synthetic resin and rubber
Appearance	Semi-transparent milk white Solid 100%
Application temperature	120-170 degrees Celsius
Toxicity	None (REACh, Rhos, FDA certificates)
Storage	2 years in a dry and cool environment below 35°C and far from fire, unexposed to sunlight

Softening temperature: 97 ℃ (ring and ball method)

Viscosity Curve (viscosity: cps, temp: ℃)

OPERATING GUIDES

The material can be applied by slot die or spraying applicators. Suggested operation temperature

is 140 – 170℃ for spraying and 120-150 ℃ for slot die, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
