3. Substrates, release paper and application environment will
affect its adhesion performance, so trial use is recommended. |
4. There should be no dust and oil on substrates and release paper. Substrates should be well conditioned under standard temperature

| Cleaning | Glue can be moved with wood shovel before it fully cools, then
clean it with adhesive detergent. Applicators can be cleaned with mineral oil at 120℃, then purge
with hot melt. |

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by all types of spray and slot
applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 130 –
160 0 C for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant
conditions.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months,
from the date of manufacture, in its original
packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature
below 35 ℃and above 5 ℃.
Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination.
The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective
clothing and eye protection are strongly
recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes
generated.
Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
