OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators.
Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 1800C
for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation
of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
PACKAGE
6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper,
25kg/box.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The material can be stored indoor for 12 months, from the date of
manufacture, in its original packages under
dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 350C and
above 50C.
Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The
material is applied hot. Appropriate personal
protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to
prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is
suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated. Rotate stocks
and using the oldest stock first.

A: We will send out samples within 3 days after order
confirmed.Sample free,but freight charges paid by the buyer.
Q: What kind of payment do you provide to trade?
A:Normally, thirty percent deposit in advance, and balance against
B/L copy.
Q: Can we palce order below 1,000kgs?
A: Yes, but the unit price will be a little higher than normal
since the unit cost of this order rises.
Q: Can you make special packing for us?
A: Yes, we can pack goods in blank bag/carton, and stick paper
label writing with what you want. Other special packing
depends on the difficulty and cost.
