DESCRIPTION
The JaourTak this kind glue is a synthetic rubber based hot melt
pressure sensitive adhesive specifically developed for industrial
tape applications where good cohesion and holding power are
required. The product is featured high cohesion, tack and peel,
good wetting to substrates.
SUGGESTED USES
Industrial tape applications, or other pressure sensitive
applications that high holding power, peel strength and
tack are required.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by slot die or roll coating
applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 –
180 0 C for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant
conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation
of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
PACKAGE
6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper,
25kg/box.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months,
from the date of manufacture, in its original
packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature
below 35 0 C and above 5 0 C.
Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The
material is applied hot. Appropriate personal
protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to
prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is
suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated. Rotate stocks
and using the oldest stock first.
